For nail salons
Glow Line for nail salons
Gloves on, a client's hand in yours, and the phone rings for a price on a full set with removal. Glow Line tells the caller what you charge for exactly that, takes their request and texts it to you. You finish the set and confirm.
Incoming call, Wednesday 3:15 pm
- How much is a full acrylic set? I have gels from another salon that need to come off first.
- Thanks for calling Lacquer Lane. An acrylic full set is $70, and removing another salon's work is $15 on top.
- Great. Is Saturday at eleven possible?
- I cannot confirm times, but I will pass on Saturday at eleven. What is your name and mobile? The team will text you.
Booking request Sent to the salon with her name, mobile, the set and the removal.
What gets in the way for nail salons
Hands are never free
Nail work is two hands for an hour. Picking up means a glove change or a client waiting with wet polish. Most salons let the phone ring, and the caller moves on.
Price lists are long
Gel, acrylic, dip, builder gel, removal, art per nail, pedicures with and without gel. If each is a line on your menu, the assistant can give the price for the combination the caller names.
Groups and events
Bridal parties and birthday groups ring wanting four chairs at once. The assistant takes the request and the detail and you work out whether you can seat them.
A worked example
Nail salon work, with Glow Line
Lacquer Lane is a six-station salon in a shopping strip. The menu has twenty-two lines, including gel manicure, gel removal, acrylic full set, acrylic infill, builder gel, spa pedicure, express pedicure and nail art from a price per nail. Notes explain that removal of another salon's work is charged separately and that groups of four or more should request a weekday.
A caller asks for a full acrylic set with removal and whether Saturday at eleven is possible. The assistant gives the two prices from the list, notes the removal charge, and says it cannot confirm a time but will pass the request on. It takes her name and mobile. The owner's phone buzzes; between clients she checks Saturday, texts back an 11:30 and the client accepts.

Questions from nail salons
Can it add up a set plus removal?
It quotes each listed price. If you want a combined price spoken as one number, list the combination as its own service.
Can it tell callers about nail art pricing?
List art as a service with a per-nail price and say so in the name, or explain the range in notes. It will not invent a figure.
Do we need the Salon plan?
If you miss more than 40 calls a month, yes. Otherwise Line at $29 covers most single salons.
