Glow Line for lash and brow studios

A lash set is two hours of close work with tweezers. The phone rings for the difference between a fill and a set, or for a brow lamination price. Glow Line answers from your menu, takes the request and texts it to you.

Incoming call, Tuesday 4:10 pm

  1. I need a classic lash fill. My last appointment was about three weeks ago, at another studio.
  2. Thanks for calling Flutter Studio. A classic fill at three weeks is $75. There is also a removal service, and the artist will confirm what suits.
  3. Thursday evening would be best.
  4. I will pass on Thursday evening for a classic fill. Can I take your name and mobile? The artist will text you.

What gets in the way for lash and brow studios

Two hours, no hands

Full sets are long and precise. Stopping to answer means a client with her eyes taped waiting. Most artists leave the phone and lose the call.

Fill or set, and how long since

Callers do not always know whether they need a fill or a new set. If your menu names fills by weeks since the last appointment, the assistant can give the right price for what they describe.

Patch tests and aftercare

Tint and lamination questions about patch tests are common. Put your rule in notes and the assistant gives it.

A worked example

Lash and brow studio work, with Glow Line

Flutter Studio is a two-bed lash and brow studio above a cafe. Services on Glow Line include classic full set, hybrid full set, volume full set, fills at 2 and 3 weeks for each style, lash lift and tint, brow lamination, brow shape and tint, and removal. Notes say a patch test is needed 48 hours before a first tint or lamination, and that the studio is up a flight of stairs.

A caller asks for a lash fill and mentions her last appointment was about three weeks ago at another studio. The assistant gives the 3-week fill price and notes from the list that there is a removal service if needed, and says the team will confirm what is best when they text. It takes her name, mobile and a preference for Thursday evening. The artist finishes her set, sees the request, and texts back offering Thursday at 6.

Questions from lash and brow studios

Can it tell a caller whether she needs a fill or a set?

No. That is your judgement. It can give the prices for both and say the team will confirm when they text.

Can it book a patch test?

List the patch test as a service with a price, even at zero, and callers can request it.

We are booked weeks out. Will callers be told?

Write your typical wait in notes and the assistant will say it. It cannot see your actual book.

Give the phone to someone who only says what you told them

Set up your services and hours, share the booking page, and add the line when you are ready. Free costs no card, only a marketing consent.
