Hair removal work, with Glow Line
Smooth Room is a three-room waxing and laser clinic in a suburban centre. The menu on Glow Line lists waxing by area with prices and minutes, and laser by area with a per-session price and a note that packages are priced at consultation. Notes cover shaving before laser, no sun exposure for two weeks, and that the clinic is open until 8 on Thursdays.
A caller asks for a Brazilian and half leg wax price and whether tonight is possible. The assistant gives both prices from the list, says it cannot see the book but will pass the request on, and takes her name, mobile and that she wants after 6 tonight. The therapist reads the text between clients, sees 6:45 free, and texts her.
